Everything you need to know about our laundry pickup and delivery service.
1. Book online: Select your service, choose a pickup time, and enter your details.
2. We collect: We pick up your laundry at the scheduled time.
3. We clean: Your items are professionally washed, dried, and/or ironed.
4. We deliver: Your fresh laundry is returned to you within 48 hours (or next-day where available).
Currently, we service the Camden and Campbelltown local government areas, including surrounding suburbs.
We are progressively expanding our service areas. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your address is covered.
Yes. We provide laundry services for households as well as small to medium businesses, including cafés, gyms, salons, studios, and other local service providers.
For tailored or bulk service arrangements, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We do not apply a separate minimum fee.
Our service simply starts at $35 for up to 5kg. If your laundry weighs less than 5kg, the flat rate of $35 still applies.
For Wash, Dry & Fold, the first 5kg is charged at a flat rate of $35. Any additional weight beyond 5kg is charged at $7.50 per kilogram.
For ironing and bulky items, please refer to our Pricing page for detailed rates.
Pickup and delivery are free within our standard service areas.
Rural or outer properties within these areas may incur an additional $14.90 travel fee.
Yes. Changes or cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a $10 administration fee.
To request changes or cancellations, please contact us at booking@laundrycornerau.com and include your booking number.
Charges are applied after your service has been completed prior to delivery. An invoice will be emailed to you.
Your payment is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider to securely process all card payments.

Laundry Corner does not store your full card details. Your payment information is encrypted and managed directly by Stripe using secure payment systems.

Yes. Pickup and delivery can be contactless. You may leave your laundry at your doorstep or nominated safe location. You are also welcome to be present to hand over your items.
If you have a preferred pickup or drop-off area, please let us know in advance.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from pickup.
Where scheduling allows, we aim to deliver your laundry the next day.
You can leave that work to us. As part of our standard care process, we sort garments appropriately before washing to help maintain colour integrity and fabric quality.
Please do not include:
- Items labelled “Dry Clean Only”
- Items not suitable for standard laundering
- Excessively soiled or contaminated items
Customers are responsible for checking pockets and removing personal belongings before collection.
We use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergents suitable for everyday fabrics.
We do not offer dry cleaning in-house.
